Associating revenues and expenses with specific business units or departments does not require setting up new accounts in the Chart of Accounts. Instead, such tracking can be managed through the cost accounting features in SAP Business One. Our team can assist with the setup of dimensions, cost centers, and distribution rules which will allow use of the native cost accounting reporting in SAP Business One. Already using the cost accounting features? We can also assist with the creation of User-Defined Values (UDV's) to automatically set the distribution codes on documents according to pre-defined rules.
