Requirements
- Coordinate the refresh process before, during and after, to ensure a complete and cleanly refreshed test tenant
- Update the environment to ensure clarity on Test environment for users
Customers are generally recommended to refresh their Test Tenants with a recent copy of Production at least once a year to ensure that their test environments are as accurately reflective of Production as possible. This is to ensure that testing activities of new functionality, configuration, or enhancements are accurate against how they may behave in a Productive setting. We also recommend refreshing test just prior to larger system integration projects kicking off.
