FieldVu R2408 | Release Highlights

This release is currently in QA, and is scheduled to be pushed to Production on the evening of August 20th, 2024

Crew Sheets: Time & Data Entry

Crew Sheets streamline the time entry process for work done by Crews.

It all starts on the Crew Sheet list page:

After a new Crew Sheet is created, add the Crew that is working on the Job. You also have options to add individual workers or multiple crews:

This includes lots of streamlined functionality for copying down common data like hours or Work Orders, etc.

Here we can see that after the Crew Sheet was Submitted, it resulted in Field Ticket 5633 being created:

These crew sheets can also be exported as Word Documents, which can be saved as PDF if required.

A Master Toggle allow easy selection of Range of Crew Sheets for Approval or Export operations:

Corrections

For Submitted Crew Sheet which need corrections, one can Reverse the Crew Sheet.

Here we can see the Crew Sheet 211 needed to be reversed, which created Crew Sheet 212 (which cancels 211), and Crew Sheet 213 to record the correct information:

Field Tickets & Work Orders

Now available directly from the FieldVu app.

And if you click on the ticket number, FieldVu is now able to open the ticket information directly.  You can see if sections are populated:

Labor Processing & Payroll

Submitted Crew sheet result in Field Tickets which can be used to generate Payroll files. Recent enhancements summarize work by worker, and support examination at the Field Ticket level. FieldVu can be configured to support various Payroll file formats including UKG, ADP and Clarity.

S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP Support

Third-Party Billing

ERP Purchase Order marked as "Bill to Customer" are now available in FieldVu.  Selected items will be added to Field Tickets and billed to the customer.

 

Features:

  • Support Markup %, and/or direct Price entry
  • Generate a batch of Field Ticket (one per Job)

NOTE: This feature is limited to ERPs that support our PO integration like S4 Public Cloud.
