Their feedback helps to drive our customer experience program initiatives and our process improvements to focus on what they need. We uniquely divided our team into 2 consulting divisions: Net New Implementation and Customer Success in order to better serve our customers. It’s important to us that our customers feel supported beyond the initial implementation of their technology.
